For a while I will be posting pictures on Through the Lens instead of publishing what I write. Click the images and they should go almost full screen - but I'm sure you guys all know that... Don't you?

as JJ would say
"I see you"
god, I love snow and I miss england.
this is not about you but me. like the photo. looks straight into me.
dAAve - she would and you did...
Inkblot - welcome. Behind the lens, in front of the lens and through the lens. I miss England too yet I live here?
Finn - it suddenly became a whole lot milder and now we have rain, rain, rain...
When I was last in your very approximate neck of the Alpine woods I was sunburned at 90 degrees in the morning but shivering in the afternoon at 30 -ish after a funicular train ride to altitiude.
Good luck with your slapstick antics!
Photos are so much easier than words sometimes.
Jen - you're right there.
i wish we had snow. here, some people literally pop blood vessels because of the heat. we have beaches all year, though.
Mussolini - our temperate climate is somewhat bland. Heat slams in in July yet settles back to sunny warmth; miniature blizzards sweep across in February but trail off into light flurries. We have beaches too but the weather is never precisely right for them...
great trip, pv.
Nice!!
M - bike expeditions this summer are inevitable!
Trudge - welcome back! You like my camera then? Yes, I'm a gadget fiend.
Hello bro Virgo, Gena has a new blog. She's using her middle name Clarise. She's all excited about it. It's at genamia.blogspot.com. She's posted a new poem. You've been very supportive and we both appreciate it...greatly. I'll come back to your concert photos tomorrow and comment. Looks like an exciting night!
