JJ - Happy Valentines day right back... I chose 5 albums that I could not do without but it certainly was tough.

CJ - still scary after 30 something years. It has that rare quality of getting right under your skin.

yes, it does and without the run of the mill blood and guts that lesser, more trite 'horror' films see as the route to scaring people.

CJ - apart from one or two obvious scenes it's more about what you don't see rather than do. Oh, and there's top notch acting and plausible dialogue!

PV note to self - Canadian indie troubadors The Stills' "Logic Will Break Your Heart" is unbeatable.

Jane - thanks for offering your answers here. I read the list and see how so much of it fits. These games provide such a neat rear window view of a life, I'm so pleased you did this. The parts I latched onto were:

PEI - looks verdant and wild and natural from the photography on your blog.

Romania - is a very long way from home...

News.bbc.co.uk - good choice. The TV news here is sensationalist claptrap but the BBC news website is detailed and up front.

Your diet is geographic :) medium strong curries are the odd one out.

I have 5 Jayhawks albums in my library of 900. Canada gave us The Stills - I rate that band very highly.

Cheers Jane :)
